BOOKING :
Please fill in our booking form or send us a fax according to the booking form with valid data. 
After we have received your booking we will send you back a fax / e-mail to confirm your reservation and the data of our bank account for deposit transfer. Your booking is not firm until we have received deposit payment of 50 % of the total tour price and the final payment of the full tour price has to be made at least 30 days before arrival date. The deposit payment is not refundable if you cancel your tour.
EXCHANGE RATES :
Prices are quoted in EURO and are based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect. Change in exchange rates may occur before departure, and we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.
ITINERARY :
Itinerary and tour program are subject to change with or without prior to notice due to local situations, weather conditions, government regulations and other factors.

LIABILITY :
SULTAN TOURS acts only in the capacity of an agent for tour arrangement, hotel, car rental, boat and others contractor and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility of any loss, damage, accident, injury, including death, delayed or cancelled transportation services, changes of schedules, strikes or any other irregularities caused or arising from circumstance beyond our control.
